December 7th baby!!!
Wow the week flew by, didn’t it? I’m excited for the weekend though, this time of year there’s so many fun things to do everywhere. We are going public skating and doing some Christmas shopping this weekend. Have fun whatever your up too.
Ok, so today’s fitness challenge I LOVE. Wall squats and wide power squats are one of my favourite combos, really a great booty workout. So sit against a well and get low, I want your hips at knee level and get deep down on those squats. This is a quick 2.5 minute workout, but if you feel motivated to keep going then DO IT!!! Do a few more sets and keep ripping it up with different squat jumps- legs wide, regular and close.
